Our 8 Star Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Italy is made from a process dating back to the middle ages.  It is a superior balsamic vinegar with a rich brown color and a slightly woody bouquet. The flavor has a complimentary sweet/tart combination that makes it perfect for everyday use.  Serve it with pieces of parmigiano reggiano and taleggio cheeses, a favorite local dish in Modena. Great for salad dressings, marinades, and sauces.
